The wait is almost over! Your favorite shows are coming back!

Ratings season is set to commence early February, and some of Australia’s most loved TV shows are returning to our screens just in time. As well as your favorites, there are also some fantastic new programs we are sure you are going to love.
Here is a snapshot of the jam-packed first quarter of drama and excitement the networks have lined up for you in 2017.

Home & Away is set to return to Seven on Monday 30th January after a nail biting season finale. Finally, we can find out who will, and who won’t, survive the Firestorm!

Australia’s biggest show My Kitchen Rules is also back on Seven on Monday 30th January with new contestants, new challenges and new rivalries. This is going to be another season of MKR which will not disappoint.

Bride & Prejudice: The Forbidden Weddings follows five couples as they decide to get married. Unfortunately, not everybody is as happy about their engagement as they are. Tune in to find out if the weddings go ahead, or if these disapproving family members tear them apart. Bride and Prejudice hits Seven’s screens on Monday, January 30th at 9pm. 800 Words starring Erik Thompson & Melinda Vidler who have both won Logies for their roles in this heart-warming series continues for its third season on Tuesday 31st January.

For something new tune in for Hoges: The Paul Hogan Story. This is a two-part miniseries which is based on the story of one of our favorite Aussie legends. You don’t want to miss this! Tune in Sunday, 5th February for Part 1 and Sunday, 12th of February for Part 2. Click here for a sneak peek.

Seven are also bringing to our screens for the first-time the brand new show Murder Uncovered, the breakthrough investigative series that will blow wide open some of Australia’s worst and most infamous crimes in a whole new way. Nine is also set to start airing some of its top rating programs again next week with the return of House Husbands, airing Monday 30th January for its fifth season. There are many reasons so many people have fallen in love with this award winning, fun-loving show and its modern twist on family life in Australia.

Married at First sight returns on Tuesday 31st January where not all weddings go as planned and one groom is left with a runaway bride. Tune in on Tuesday to find out who.

Coming to Nine later in 2017 is the long-awaited Planet Earth II with David Attenborough. This is some of the most amazing footage ever caught on camera, pieced together so well with Mr. Attenborough’s acclaimed commentary. This is going to be the most amazing viewing experience this year. If you’re not convinced, watch this short clip to see for yourself.

Check out This Is Us on WIN on February 8th at 8:30pm. This emotional new series from the writers and directors of Crazy, Stupid, Love had 10 million viewers on its first night on air in the US and has been breaking records ever since. The story follows the lives of people born on the same day. Its shows their connections and similarities with an award-winning cast. Watch the trailer here!

I’m A Celebrity… Get me out of here! is set to kick off on WIN on Sunday 29th January, with all new celebrities and all new challenges. There are a lot of rumors circulating as to who will be staying in the jungle this season, and here are a few hints… There is said to be a US Sitcom Star / Stand-Up Comedian, Shock Jock, AFL Legend, Olympian, Pop Diva, Comedian, Singing Sensation & Reality star.

With all stations coming to the table with some great viewing options, it’s going to be hard to pick this year’s favorites.
